GEOX creates golden footwear for Elton John
|
Sir Elton John is stepping out in golden style with high-shine footwear created by famous Italian brand GEOX for his new stint, The Million Dollar Piano, which recently opened at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas.
While designer Patrick Cox has made plenty of shoes throughout the past 20 years, he says in a press release that “this is the first time I’ve designed the shoe that Elton will wear on stage.”
Part English brogue, the shoe has added splash — metallic leather, what else?
John’s latest tour, which opened Sept. 28, is named after the piano that John created with Yamaha for the show.
Bad news? So far, these are for the star’s feet only. But hey, you never know …
